Pan American Jiu-Jitsu Championship

After being three years away from competition, Carlos “Cadu” Francis came back with class on one of the biggest Jiu-JItsu events ever. He won first Place on the Black Belt Masters Heavy Weight division, and took Third place on the Absolute (Open Weight Class). Cadu Had a total of 7 fights on one day, finishing 3 of them on  submission. He had to beat former world champions to get to the podium.

On Saturday, Feb 14th there will be a competition training at Lava Kearny Mesa at Noon for all students interested in competing this year. It is open for all students to participate.

This is it… My Jiu-Jitsu School has finally launched.

It’s our goal to strengthen our jiu-jitsu family — To teach, to train, to fight, to live in the spirit of jiu-jitsu.

Over the weeks we will continue to add new techniques, training regiments, news, and our local tournament results.

But we’re only as strong as our team – So we are asking for your help.

We need you to help us, by contributing your comments on our articles, sending us your videos, your photos, and building this jiu-jitsu family.
